Electro-tinned and stranded conductors
Copper rods in 8mm diameter will be drawn into finer diameters of upto 1.60 - 2.00mm, these copper wires will be electroplated with lead free tin. The tinned material will be drawn into finer gauges, diameters may range between 0.08mm - 0.200 mm. This drawing process is a multiple drawing process and the final drawing into the finer sizes will be done on the multi-line...the multi-line is a very modern machine, which has the unique capability to draw upto 14 wires in parallel. The fine gauges will be drawn in multiples of 7 usually. These multiple wires will be taken on the high speed double twist stranders called the 'Lesmos', these stranders are fully PLC controlled machines with speed, twists/inch , direction of twist all under monitor through the PLC. Multiples of 7 or 19 ends will be stranded to form the composite conductor.This conductor will be respooled through a sizing die and checked for electrical and physical parameters, this is the final product.

Tinsel Conductor
3x1, 4x1, 4x2 - Telephone line and coil cords These tinsel wires go into the coil cords used in telephones, used for land telephones and broad band phones. T2940 - This is a very special tinsel used in electric shaver cords, Sequel supplies the tinsel to major shaver cord manufacturers. This business is continuously increasing, the demand for electric shavers (for making a dry shave) is on the rise, for several reasons: - the cost of Gillette shaving razors and blades is very high, the shaving blades are a recurring expense. - the shaving cream is an expensive consumable. - the cost for running tap water is high, and people like to save on these costs. Hence electric shavers are leading in the developing/ developed world. Q512 & Q511 - These are special tinsels which go into electric heating blankets, under blankets, over blankets. The main market for this is Western Europe. The cost of running the heating system at home to attain temperatures of 25-28'c in the winters is very expensive, because oil and gas is very expensive. The boiler which is run at home, heats up the entire house, including unused areas and rooms, hence people are using electric blankets more and more to have localised, focused heating, again, it's all down to cost cutting. Having air conditioners in each room is cheaper than having a centrally air conditioned home, with an AC plant running. T3889, T3462, T3861, NT5300, T3869 - These are very special, highly value added silver plated, copper alloy based, Kevlar tinsels. These tinsel conductors are used in Medical, Military & Aerospace applications. T3698, T5096, T3096 - These are tinsel conductors used for coil cords used in medical applications. T5922 - This is a super special, Kevlar reinforced, copper alloy, silver plated tinsel, which goes into special medical instruments, which are connected to the diagnosis of the human heart. T5201, T5204 - This is a voice coil lead wire tinsel, a special design which goes into Super Premium luxury automotive and home theatre systems. The aramid fiber is flame retardant, the alloy is ROHS and the product is generously plated with pure Silver. T2798 ,T5202 - This is a silver plated, flame retardant, copper tinsel lead wire, used by leading acoustic company’s in Europe & Far East.
COPPER CLAD STEEL CONDUCTORS ( CCS)
Copper clad steel conductors are bi-metals, wherein a thick layer of copper is cladded onto low or medium or high carbon steel. This bi-metal has the uniqueness of combining high strength and electrical conductivity. The steel gives the strength, and the copper provides the conductivity.
The company manufactures its CCS in house.

How is oil detection done?
The collection of seismic data involves sending shock waves into the ground and measuring how long it takes for the subsurface rocks to reflect these waves back to the surface. The shock waves that are used today are usually generated by pounding the earth with giant vibrator trucks, but in the past gephysicists preferred to explode small dynamite charges in shallow holes. However, environmental restrictions in most places today prevent using explosives to collect seismic data.
When shock waves created by the vibrator trucks travel into the earth, boundaries between the rocks reflect the waves back, and the arrival times of the waves back at the surface are detected by listening devices called geophones. Computers then process the geophone data and convert it into seismic lines, which are nothing more than two-dimensional displays that resemble cross-sections.
These electro tinned, 40% conductivity, high tensile strength copper clad steel conductors are specialized stranded conductors with a true concentric configuration which are used in geo phone strings.

BRAIDED VOICE COIL LEAD WIRES
These are a TECHNICALLY INTENSE species of voice coil lead wires, which are manufactured with HIGH FATIGUE LIFE ROHS ALLOYS, generously silver plated, constructed in a fashion where upon automatic cutting the ends do not fray. The yarn contained in these voice coil lead wires is flame retardant and low shrinkage. These lead wires are used in TOP LIN ELUXURY AUTOMOBILES AND HOME ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS. The largest market for copper mesh is Western Europe & Global majors in the energy sector are large users of copper mesh. This is a flat bed knitted mesh made with Oxygen free high conductivity copper, coated with lead free Tin.
MILITARY USE CONDUCTORS
The company is manufacturing conductors which go into cables which go into military armament. These are lead free electro tinned, cadmium copper strands.
